Sumita Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sumita started their career in 1999 as an Associate Trainer at SQL Star International, where they taught Object Oriented Programming, SQL, and C++ to both individual and corporate clients. Sumita then worked at Oracle as an Application Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and deployed database schema, handled data migrations, and developed new features for the product.

In 2008, Sumita pursued their passion for writing and self-published a book of short stories called "Five Elements" and also wrote and directed plays on various subjects. Sumita then became an Independent Android Developer, creating mobile apps such as Easy Vocabulary and One Stop, which focused on learning English words and providing news, events, and podcasts to users.

Sumita further enhanced their skills by becoming a student at Udacity, where they developed Android apps like Baking App and Popular Movies as part of their Nanodegree program. These apps allowed users to find recipes, watch instructional videos, and access movie details.

In 2018, Sumita worked as a Self-Employed User Experience Designer, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and performing usability testing for an app design focused on calorie counting. Sumita also worked as an Artificial Intelligence Developer, utilizing technologies like Tensorflow, Keras, and ImageAI to build custom models for image and video object detection.

Most recently, Sumita joined Grateful in 2020 as a Founding Team Member, where they contributed to Futter Development. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at ParentPlaybook, starting their role in April 2021.
