Massimiliano Ciarrocca began their work experience at Auchan Retail in 2001 as a sales assistant and worked their way up to become a department manager. Massimiliano developed their commercial skills, financial management, and team leadership during their time there. In 2005, they transitioned to Officina del PC as an IT consultant, managing various small to medium-sized businesses' IT systems until 2017. Massimiliano then joined Pardgroup as CTO, overseeing the IT department's administration and software development using a variety of technologies.

Massimiliano Ciarrocca began their education in 1994 at Liceo Scientifico and completed it in 1998. Massimiliano later pursued Scienze informatiche at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1999 to 2001. In 2018, they engaged in further education with Trailhead by Salesforce. Massimiliano has obtained various certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce, including Process automation specialist, Salesforce Admin, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and Security Specialist Superbadge, all achieved in 2021.
