In 2019, Sally-Anne served as a Financial Controller at NextEra Energy, Inc., where they managed renewable energy portfolios and handled tasks such as budgeting and forecasting.

Before that, they worked at Workiva as a Professional Services Manager, overseeing client projects. Prior to that, they held the role of Financial Analyst at First Citizens Bank. Sally-Anne began their career at Univision Communications Inc. as a Telecom Expense Analyst before being promoted to Telecom Expense Manager.
