Maria Fernanda Candiales has held various roles in the corporate world since 2014. Starting in 2014, they were a Strategic Planning Intern at Banplus Banco Universal C.A., where they managed the bank accounts, credit portfolio, and ATMs, as well as updated the macroeconomic indicators and commodity trading prices. In 2015, they were a Financial Analyst at Troil Services, C.A. where they were responsible for bank accounts operations, bond and insurance policies, and billing control. From 2016 to 2018, they held two roles at Ecoanalítica and CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina, respectively. At Ecoanalítica, they researched and analyzed the macroeconomic environment, policies, and juncture of Venezuela and the rest of the world, as well as wrote reports for the firm's clients. At CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina, they reviewed the credit portfolio, investments, and other guarantees for the Compliance Detection and Prevention of Asset Laundering Departments. Since 2018, Maria Fernanda Candiales has been at Parclick, where they have held four roles. Maria Fernanda is currently the Director of Product Management, Head of Product, Project and IT Operations Manager, and Content Manager. In their role as Head of Product, they have been responsible for increasing CR, improving CX, client retention, and growing Parclick's revenue. Additionally, they have been responsible for inspiring and influencing teams, excellent communication with engineers, and executing business projects and marketing initiatives.

Maria Fernanda Candiales has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Economic Development and Public Policy from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2017-2018), a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Universidad Metropolitana (2011-2015), a Sciences Diploma from the Instituto Andes de Caracas (Legionarios de Cristo) (1997-2011), and a brief course at the BMA Biarritz French Language School (2009). In addition, they have obtained certifications in Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Product School (December 2021), Google Analytics from El Arte de Medir (October 2020), and Google Data Studio from El Arte de Medir.
