Grace Solazzo, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for MKTG until 2018. During the same period, they also held positions as an Office Assistant and Lieutenant Lifeguard for the Town of Hempstead Government. In 2017, they joined Independent Equipment Corporation as an Administrative Assistant. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Dixon Advisory USA, starting as a People and Culture Assistant and eventually becoming a People and Culture Manager. In 2020, they joined Fetch for Pets as the Director of HR/Recruitment until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Culture and Development at Parched Hospitality Group, and will transition to the role of Chief Culture Officer in 2023.

Grace Solazzo, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Psychology from Siena College. Grace also studied Positive Psychology at DIS - Study Abroad. In addition to their education, Grace holds the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
