James Hayes is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in logistics and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Whistl Fulfilment at Whistl UK Ltd since September 2020, James focuses on driving growth for mid-market merchants through effective 3PL solutions. Previously, as Director of Business Development at Parcelhub Ltd, James successfully doubled revenues from £18 million to £36 million between 2018 and 2021. James co-founded Parcel Station, which became a leading eCommerce delivery solution, and has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Viju and O2. Additionally, James has contributed to social causes through fundraising efforts in Uganda and remains active in professional development through participation in Pavilion's educational programs.
