Joel Rius is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in the design and development of both B2B and B2C platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Product UX Designer at ParcelHero.com, Joel leads the end-to-end product design for a B2B SaaS web application, collaborating closely with executives and various stakeholders. Previous roles include UX Designer at Ticketmaster, where responsibilities encompassed usability testing, user interviews, and creating wireframes and prototypes. Joel has also worked as a Digital Designer at Live Nation, focusing on marketing sites and social media campaigns, and held web design positions at PowWow Crea, Reed Business Information, and as a freelance designer at Aquent. Joel holds a BA in Design for Interactive Media from the Reading School of Art and Design.
