Filip Franczyk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Filip is currently a Product Manager at Paravision since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Software Consulting Services from October 2018. Before that, they were a Technical Product Manager at Tascent from October 2018 to November 2021, where they were responsible for driving the development and productization of high throughput and mobile biometric devices.
From March 2017 to September 2018, Filip worked as a Senior Project Manager at GlobalLogic Poland. Filip also had various roles at Nokia Networks, including Product Owner and Project Manager from July 2014 to December 2016, and Scrum Master/Senior Software Development Engineer from April 2013 to July 2014.
Earlier in their career, Filip worked at Future Processing Sp. z o.o. as a Project Leader from January 2012 to March 2013 and as a Senior Software Development Engineer from May 2011 to December 2011. Filip was also a Software Development Engineer at Amadeus from September 2010 to December 2010, and at Nokia Siemens Networks from January 2009 to September 2010.
Filip has also gained research experience as a Research Intern at Imdea from February 2008 to June 2008. Additionally, they briefly worked at Bombardier Transportation in July 2007.
Throughout their career, Filip has showcased their skills in product management, project management, software development, and research.
Filip Franczyk started their education at Silesian Technical School from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Technician degree in Electronics. Filip then pursued their higher education at The Silesian University of Technology, earning a MscEE degree in Automatic Control & Robotics from 2003 to 2008.
In 2007 and 2008, Filip took part in the Erasmus program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they studied Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering.
In terms of additional certifications, Filip became a Certified Scrum Master in May 2010 through the Scrum Alliance. Later in September 2016, they obtained the Certified LeSS Practitioner certification from LeSS - Large-Scale Scrum.
