Zach Allen is a Senior Field Support Engineer at Parata Systems and has been with the company since February 2014. Prior to this role, Zach worked at Mayfield Medical as a Master Technician and at Aksarben TV & Digital Services as a Service Technician. Zach graduated from ITT Technical Institute in Omaha, NE with an Associate's degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology. Zach also holds a diploma in General Studies from Fremont-Mills High School. Zach's responsibilities include servicing, supporting, and maintaining automated RX dispensers for pharmacies, installations and training on new equipment, handling dispatches, and performing preventive maintenance.
