Gülşah Onaran Can has a diverse work experience. Gülşah started their career in 2016 with internships at Bereket Enerji Uretim AS and ADM Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. Gülşah then continued their professional journey with an internship at Levent Ofis in 2017. Later on, they worked as a Software Developer at Publins from August 2017 to January 2019. In 2019, they joined Artistanbul as a Frontend Developer and stayed with the company until August 2020. Currently, they are working at Paraşüt, first as a Software Engineer and then as a Software Engineer Team Lead since September 2020.

Gülşah Onaran Can completed their education in the field of computer engineering at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) from 2012 to 2017, earning a degree with a GPA of 3.09. Prior to that, they attended Denizli Lisesi (Anadolu) from 2008 to 2012, majoring in the quantitative division with an unspecified degree.
