Tamara Schächtele has been working in the business and retail industry since 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Advisor at JACK & JONES. During this time, they were promoted to Assistant Manager and Senior Sales Advisor. In 2017, they became the Store Manager at JACK & JONES, where they were responsible for analyzing and processing of business intern KPI’s, recruiting and incorporating employees, training of Apprentices, developing service strategies/concepts, constructing the rotas/holiday plans, planning and execution of stocktaking, purchasing, budgeting, and customer advisory service. In 2021, they began working as a Key Account-Management - IT Contracting/Temp at Hays. Tamara is currently employed as a Business Development Manager at PARASHIFT - Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), a deep-tech company focusing on the autonomization of document extraction through machine learning.

Tamara Schächtele completed a Bachelor of Science - BS (Honours) in International Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University from 2016 to 2017. Tamara then attended Cambridge International Business College from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science - BS in International Business Management. Finally, they completed a Master of Science - MS in International Management from Hochschule für Wirtschaft FHNW / School of Business FHNW between 2018 and 2020.
