Tom Schroeder is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at the Paramus Police Department since August 2001, where roles have included Detective Lieutenant and Detective Sergeant, focusing on criminal investigations and computer-related crimes as part of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Computer Crimes Task Force. Prior to this, Tom served as a Police Officer at the Park Ridge Police from January 1996 to August 2001. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development & Training from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
