Cesar Hurtado is a dedicated law enforcement professional with extensive experience as a police officer, currently serving at the Paramus Police Department since December 2020, and previously at the Township of Pequannock from April 2017 to December 2020. Cesar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, earned between 2014 and 2016, as well as an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Bergen Community College, obtained from 2012 to 2014. Education began with a High School Diploma from Fort Lee High School, completed in 2012.
