Rob Brandwene is a seasoned professional in global benefits management with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Benefits at Paramount since April 2021, Rob previously held the position of Vice President of Health and Welfare Benefits at CBS Corporation from January 2002 to September 2022, overseeing medical, dental, life, and disability benefits for over 15,000 active employees and more than 30,000 retirees. Prior roles include Director of Health and Welfare Benefits at Viacom from 2000 to 2005 and Benefits Consultant at The Segal Company from 1989 to 1999. Education was completed at Brandeis University.
