Nafisa Ally-Sukhnandan, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Paramount since October 2021, leveraging extensive experience in human resources gained from previous roles including Director of HRBP - Finance at the same company and HR Manager at PwC from August 2015 to October 2021. Nafisa's career in HR began at PwC, where responsibilities included HR Senior and Portfolio Senior Associate before transitioning to Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP as HR Supervisor from May 2013 to August 2015. Nafisa is currently pursuing a degree in Executive Coaching at NYU School of Professional Studies and holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Management focused on HR from Baruch College (CUNY).
