Johan Eerenstein is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Paramount since February 2020. In this role, Johan leads HR for Paramount Advertising and US Networks Distribution and oversees Global Workforce Enablement, focusing on HR Operations, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Experience. Previously, Johan held the position of Senior Vice President at CBS Corporation from May 2019 to February 2020, concentrating on enhancing organizational practices for performance management and workforce planning. Prior to that, Johan spent over 13 years at Accenture, ultimately serving as Managing Director in the Strategy, Talent & Organization division. Johan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Statistics from the University of Pretoria.
