Janée Dabney has extensive experience in talent and content management within the media industry. Currently serving as VP of Talent & Content at Paramount since November 2015, Janée collaborates with senior leadership to enhance audience engagement and manage talent acquisition strategies across various platforms. Prior to Paramount, Janée held roles at Disney ABC Television Group, where responsibilities included coordinating talent engagement for the Emmy-winning General Hospital, and at Sony Pictures Entertainment, focusing on production logistics and administrative functions. Janée's early career involved significant contributions to the Emmy-winning writing team of All My Children at ABC Daytime and a variety of roles in production and content creation across reputable companies like MTV Networks and Walt Disney World College. Academic credentials include a Master of Library and Information Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Study from the University at Buffalo.
