Alexander B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alexander started their career at Genuine Parts Company in 1996 as a Purchasing Operations Manager, where they worked until 1999. Alexander then joined POOLCORP in 1999 and held various management and senior management roles, including Regional and National Distribution, Special Projects Management, Business Development in China, and Strategic Sourcing. Alexander worked at POOLCORP until 2008 when they joined Lighthouse Consulting Group LLC as a Supply Chain Management Consultant. In 2009, Alexander became the Senior Vice President of Operations at Paramount Global, where they currently hold the position.

Alexander B. has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA. Alexander also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: CLTD - Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution from APICS in March 2017, CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS in January 2017, CSSBB - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in June 2015, Six Sigma Green Belt for Process Improvement from USC Viterbi School of Engineering in February 2015, CSCP - Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in December 2014, and C.P.M. - Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute for Supply Management in April 2002.
