Madison Jaffe is an experienced Project Engineer at Parametric Solutions, Inc. since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of 15 engineers, managing project budgets exceeding $1.4 million, and facilitating weekly discussions to define team objectives. Previous experience includes a role as Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, focusing on collaboration with contractors and quality control on job sites. Madison began a career as a Design Engineer, analyzing turbine engine inspections and streamlining production processes, and also served as an Activity Director, promoting employee engagement through monthly events. Madison holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.
