Onaiza Ali has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding a position at Parametric since January 2022. Previously, Onaiza worked at Saatchi & Saatchi from February 2017 to June 2021, progressing through roles such as HR Manager, Associate HR Manager, and HR Coordinator. Prior to that, a role as a Human Resources Administrator was held at Bloomingdale's from September 2016 to January 2017, and work as a Recruiter was conducted at Veredus in 2015-2016. Onaiza Ali earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Communication from Rutgers University.
