Ryan Palmer currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Paramedic Services of Illinois, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Ryan held the role of Sr. Operations Manager at KellyOCG from August 2021 to November 2022, where responsibility included operational strategy and talent acquisition delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Recruitment Delivery Lead for North America at Cielo Talent, managing recruitment staff and operations, as well as leading healthcare recruitment as Illinois Business Development & Recruitment Manager at Robert Half. Early career roles include Director of Admissions at Whitehall of Deerfield and Recruiter at The Chicago Hire Company. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual and Performing Arts from Texas Tech University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
