Nicola Provan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at KIMS Hospital since May 2014, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Nicola Provan worked at Henry Schein UK Holdings Ltd from July 2002 to May 2014, where roles included Human Resources Advisor and Generalist. Nicola Provan holds a CIPD Level 7 degree in Human Resource Management from MOL Learn, completed in March 2023, as well as an ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management from Canterbury College and Mid Kent College.
