Rahul Kanhere is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and customer escalations in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Program Management & Customer Escalations at Parallel Wireless since September 2016, Rahul has previously held senior managerial roles at Cisco, where responsibilities included ownership of product portfolios for 3G and LTE wireless gateways and driving agile transformations. Prior to this, Rahul was a Technical Manager at Wipro Limited, focusing on service delivery platforms for mobile networks, and emerged from roles in business analysis and product management at Leapstone Systems. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai and further education from XLRI Jamshedpur.
