Itay Yakuti is an experienced engineer specializing in PHY algorithm and system development for wireless communication. Currently serving as a PHY Algorithm Engineer at Parallel Wireless since June 2021, Itay focuses on 4G/5G PHY algorithms, transitioning from research to simulation. Previously, as a PHY System Engineer at Parallel Wireless, Itay led LTE PHY activities and conducted optimization and testing using MATLAB and RF equipment. Prior experience includes a role as RF/PHY System Integration Engineer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where performance research and automation routines were developed. Itay also held the position of Deputy Head of RF Communication Section in the Israeli Air Force, managing teams dedicated to airborne wireless communication systems. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering at Ariel University, Itay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology.
