Hen Bashiri is a seasoned RF System Engineer with significant experience in wireless communication and system integration. Currently serving as a Sr. RF System Engineer at Parallel Wireless since June 2024, Hen previously held the position of Sr. System Engineer at VisionMap for a brief period before that. From December 2020 to February 2024, Hen worked as a System Integration Engineer at Airspan Networks, where expertise in RF and digital wireless communication systems was applied through the creation of test automation tools and applications using programming languages such as Python and C#. Hen's earlier experience includes six years as a Radio Frequency System Engineer with Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership in hardware development, system requirements characterization, and integration at the hardware level. Hen holds an MBA with a focus on Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Embedded Computer Systems and RF from Holon Institute of Technology.
