Wesley N. is a skilled Tier 1 Support Technician at Parallel Technologies, Inc. in Ohio since August 2022, and previously served as Help Desk Support Student Aid II at Leeward Community College from November 2017 to December 2021, providing technical support to clients both over the phone and in person, as well as assisting with issue escalation and research.
