Scott joined Parallel Fluidics in 2022. He is responsible for machining new tooling and completing customer orders. Previously, Scott was an apprentice at Wepco Plastics, an injection mold-making shop in Connecticut. While studying the toolmaking trade, he learned both manual machining and CNC programming. Scott was eventually responsible for running the second shift at Wepco, where he helped the shop modernize through lean manufacturing principles. This contributed toward a reduction in lead time for new molds from 4-6 weeks down to 3 weeks.
