Victoria Barouskaya has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant to Manager at Point O' Woods and an Advisory Board Member and Team Lead (Investor Relations Dept.) at StartUp Heart. In 2020, they were an Investment Analyst at High Systems and a Financial Analyst (Intern) at KPMG. In 2021, they were a Startup Launch & Partnerships and Product Manager at Paralect. Finally, in 2023, they became the Head of Partnerships at The Midas Accelerator, a part of the Paralect company.

Victoria Barouskaya has a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Hochschule Mittweida.
