Aaron den Ouden is currently employed as a Business Development Manager at Parakar Group, a local employment guide that helps businesses expand to Europe by employing the right people abroad. Prior to this, Aaron worked as an International Sales Consultant at Talent&Pro, where Aaron specialized in interim positions within the banking sector, specifically at Rabobank in the area of Financial Services. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, following their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university. Aaron completed their secondary education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Breda.
