Antony Edwards is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and business analysis. Currently serving as an IT Support Analyst at Paragraf® since April 2022, Antony previously held the position of Business Analyst at Activate Group Limited for a brief period. Prior to that, Antony worked at Thorlabs as a Business Systems Engineer and Infrastructure Engineer, where responsibilities included providing technical project support and managing the company's infrastructure. A solid background in technical support was established at Reckon Software Ltd as a Support Centre Supervisor, and at Cordic as a Technical Support Engineer. Antony began a career in software development at Napp Pharmaceuticals as a Junior Software & Testing Engineer. Educational qualifications include A-Levels from Long Road Sixth Form College and GCSEs from Witchford Village College, as well as a degree from the University of Chester.
