Julie Shipman possesses extensive experience in operations, compliance, and human resources, currently serving as Chief of Operations at D-Luxe Properties since April 2021. In addition, Shipman holds the position of Director of Corporate Compliance at Xpedite Services, LLC since October 2018, and has contributed to Paragon Industries, Inc. in human resources and payroll roles since February 2001. Earlier in their career, Shipman worked as a Desktop Publishing Specialist at Amoco Production Company from April 1990 to May 1999. Julie Shipman completed high school education at Sapulpa High School from 1987 to 1990.
