Pedro García, an experienced professional with an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso, currently serves as the Quality Systems Manager at Paragon D&E since April 2024, overseeing quality in sectors such as nuclear and aerospace through precision machining and tooling. Previously, Pedro held various leadership roles, including Quality Assurance Manager at RoMan Manufacturing, where corporate QA was managed for power systems and transformers, and Division Quality Manager at Progress Rail, where responsibilities included QA for 22 locations across Mexico. A strong foundation in quality management was established through significant positions at Vitro, Continental, Nortel, Carrier Corporation, Xignux, and A. O. Smith, demonstrating expertise in total quality management, statistical process control, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple industries.
