Kurt Hardin possesses extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as General Manager, Sales and Engineering, and Lead Designer at Paragon D&E since January 2018. Previously, Kurt held the position of Design and Build Lead at Blue Star Automation from April 2017 to January 2018, and served as an Engineer at H.S. Die & Engineering Inc. from September 2015 to April 2017. Kurt's earlier career includes roles as Program Manager and Tool Designer at Paragon D&E and as a Tool Designer and Journeyman Mold Maker at H.S. Die & Engineering Inc. Kurt's educational background includes a Journeyman degree in Tool and Die from Grand Rapids Community College and a High School Diploma from Grandville High School.
