Sarah Robinson is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in service delivery and operations within the customer communications and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Service Delivery at Paragon Customer Communications since April 2022, Sarah previously held several key roles at Williams Lea from January 2008 to April 2022, including Director of Technology Operations and Head of QA, as well as Test Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Test Manager and Test Lead at Banco Santander from January 2003 to November 2007.
