Niyati Mehta is an experienced Account Director with a strong background in managing key accounts and directing strategic marketing initiatives. At Paragon Customer Communications since May 2017, Niyati leads projects for a luxury international hotel group, overseeing all phases from conception to post-campaign reporting. Previously, Niyati held Account Director and Senior Account Manager roles at DST Systems and ICLP, where responsibilities included managing B2B loyalty programs and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Noteworthy achievements include successful new market launches and recognized performance leading to a business contract renewal. Niyati holds an MSc in Marketing (with Distinction) from the University of Strathclyde and a B.A. in Journalism and Anthropology from The Pennsylvania State University.
