Vishal Patel currently serves as Head of Agile Development at Paragon Banking Group PLC, overseeing multiple development teams to deliver agile projects and develop both SaaS and in-house solutions. Prior to this role, Vishal was Global Head of Centre of Excellence at Ashfield, focusing on the full Agile software development lifecycle and managing software development teams across the UK, EU, and USA. Additional experience includes roles as Divisional IT Project Manager and IT Infrastructure Manager, where Vishal successfully delivered numerous IT projects, managed multi-million-pound budgets, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Vishal holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Information Systems from Nottingham Trent University.
