Satish G has a strong background in engineering and management, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Satish is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA. Before joining paragon, Satish held the position of Head of Engineering at Paravox Automotive from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were employed as a Senior Manager R&D at Varroc from September 2018 to June 2021. Satish also worked as a Senior Design Specialist at Valeo from April 2016 to August 2018 and as a Manager Engineering at UNO MINDA,NK Minda Group from September 2013 to January 2016. Satish has extensive experience in design and development, as evidenced by their roles as a Senior Design Specialist at HELLA from March 2007 to August 2013 and an Engineer - Design and Development at Nu-Tech Rubber Products from September 2004 to November 2005. Satish started their career as a Tooling Engineer at Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. (CTMIL) from November 2002 to August 2004.

Satish G attended the Central Institute Of Plastics Engineering and Technology from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a post diploma in Plastics Mold design. Satish specialized in Plastics mould making technology and Plastics mould design during their studies. Additionally, Satish G has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Professional Networking, Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader, Project Management for Designers, and Strategic Thinking, all of which were obtained in May and June 2021.
