Jim joined Paragon 28 in March of 2016 as the Director of Marketing and Product Management and was responsible for developing the Paragon 28 Marketing, Events, and Medical Education teams. He has since been promoted to Vice President of Downstream Marketing and Product Management (2018). Jim has been responsible for strategic and tactical execution of GotoMarket campaigns for over 25 Paragon 28 product launches, surgeon engagement, and rep and surgeon training.
Prior to joining Paragon 28, Jim spent three years in various roles as part of Acumed’s Lower Extremity and Screw-Pin Product Management teams. Prior to entering the medical device field, Jim spent seven years as a secondary educator and two years as a sales executive with Xerox corporation.
Jim graduated from the University of Portland (Portland, OR) with a B.S. in Life Sciences. He completed a Masters of Arts in Teaching at Boston University (Boston, MA) and a Masters of Business Administration at Portland State University (Portland, OR).
