Muhammad Arshad is an experienced HSE Inspector and Safety Officer with a background in monitoring and ensuring safety standards on construction sites. Currently at Al Borj Facility Management since February 2017, Muhammad Arshad oversees site inspections and safety monitoring. Additionally, since October 2015, Muhammad Arshad has served as a Safety Officer at Paragon Construction Company, where responsibilities include leading a team and ensuring the well-being of workers on site. Muhammad Arshad holds a Master of Arts in Urdu Language and Literature from the University of Sargodha, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor in Arts from Government High School Jaranwala, completed from 2003 to 2005.
