Morgan Brunner has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career at Nordstrom in 2009 as a Sales representative. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Buyer at MIM, the Musical Instrument Museum. In 2012, they joined Fender Musical Instruments Corporation as a Product Data Coordinator, responsible for managing product information for B2B and B2C websites. They later became a Marketing Specialist at Fender, handling various marketing functions for the company's specialty brands. In 2017, Morgan joined Paradox as a Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator, where they worked on improving the candidate experience through AI-based solutions. They eventually progressed to become the Marketing and Events Manager and currently hold the position of Director of Events and Experience at Paradox.

Morgan Brunner earned a Bachelor's degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
