Jacob Short is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in business development and account management. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Sales Director at Paradox since January 2022, Jacob previously held the same title at HireVue from January 2016 to February 2022, focusing on digital video and predictive analytics to enhance team performance. Prior to HireVue, Jacob was the National Business Development Manager for both the private and public sectors at Kelly Services Australia from September 2012 to January 2016, specializing in new business acquisition. Jacob's experience also includes roles at Groupon Australia, where Jacob served as a Business Development Manager during its market entry in 2011, and as an Account Manager at Salmat from 2008 to 2011, contributing to integrated customer communications in the Asia Pacific region.
