Samantha Pohly currently serves as the Senior Class Secretary at Yale University, where responsibilities include planning and executing senior class events. Additionally, Samantha works as an Emergency Medical Technician for ParaDocs Worldwide Inc. and has been a Campus Tour Guide for prospective applicants at Yale since March 2020. Previous roles also include being an Undergraduate Researcher at the Yale School of Medicine and a Business and Portfolio Development Intern at Biohaven Pharmaceuticals. Experience as a Covid-19 Volunteer Staff member involved organizing meals for healthcare workers during the pandemic. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health from Yale, with further studies at Fordham University planned. Samantha's early education culminated in a high school diploma from The Dalton School.
