Shubham Singh Langhey possesses over four years of experience in Customer Success and Client Account Management within the software startup and SaaS sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Exxat since June 2023, Shubham also holds the position of Assistant Customer Success Manager at Paradiso Software since March 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Client Account Manager at MyGate from April 2019 to March 2021, where responsibilities included customer onboarding and support. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jaywant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Rajshree Shahu College of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
