Chris Thomas is an experienced financial and property management professional currently serving as Controller at PDT, Inc. since January 2023. In addition, Chris has been the Property Manager at Cedar Villas since October 2002, overseeing tenant relations and managing maintenance employees and subcontractors. Prior experience includes a tenure as Controller at Zip Beverage from November 2007 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining company flow, preparing accounting reports using QuickBooks, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing technology decisions.
