Michelle Reiter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michelle'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Application Development at Paradigm, where they are responsible for the delivery of specialty business applications and strategic initiatives to improve the lives of patients with complex injuries and diagnoses.

Prior to that, they worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, for 15 years, starting as the Senior Director of Service Operations and later becoming the Director of Program Management. In these roles, Michelle focused on strategic growth and optimizing expenditures through IT initiatives.

Before joining Aetna, Michelle worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Manager, where they managed a book of business and a team of eight personnel. Michelle specialized in commercial claims management and medical cost management solutions.

Michelle's early career included a role as a Senior Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they led global technology implementations and managed vendor relations. Michelle also worked as a Data Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving growth and delivering value through technology initiatives.

Michelle Reiter attended Northern Illinois University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including RLF (Regional Leadership Forum) from the Society for Information Management in October 2019, and PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI in August 2011.
