Kim Lough is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in specialty care management and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Paradigm since December 2018, Kim has been instrumental in advancing value-based care for individuals with complex injuries and conditions. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Encompass Specialty Surgical Network, Manager of the Customer Service Division at Healthesystems, and Executive Director at Align Networks, where oversight of day-to-day operations and strategic leadership were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes project management at Paymentech and managing product implementation at Equifax, as well as business development at Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union.
