Justin Iler has a strong background in systems administration and technical support. Justin started their career at Longs Drugs in 2001, where they provided first and second level support for store Windows server and client issues. Justin also worked closely with the Windows Systems Administrator team to install applications and investigate technical issues. Justin then moved on to Paradigm in 2010, where they held multiple roles, including Systems Engineer and Systems Administrator. In these positions, they were responsible for engineering, deploying, and administrating infrastructure solutions for servers and voice and data networks. Justin also provided technical support for software, hardware, and other technical systems needs. Justin has demonstrated expertise in system administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting throughout their career.

From 1997 to 2000, Justin Iler attended California State University - East Bay, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
