Eric Hutchings has 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being Director of IT Applications Development at Paradigm since September 2020. In this position, they lead various teams and implements processes to streamline production support and enhancement requests. Prior to this, they worked at Aetna for 15 years in various roles, including Manager of IT Project Management, Senior IT Project Manager, Senior Manager of Application Development, and Manager of Applications Development. Before joining Aetna, they were a Project Manager at Aetna (formerly Coventry Health Care) from 2001 to 2005.
