Thanh S.V. Le is an IT Network System Consultant/Specialist and Business Associate Consultant with experience at Paradigm Testing since July 2020. Previously, Thanh served as a Project Coordinator in the Enterprise Project Management Office at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from June to December 2019. Additionally, Thanh held roles as a Student Office Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the Supply Chain and Marketing Department at the University of Minnesota from January 2017 to May 2019, and worked as a Financial Audit Executive Assistant at Deloitte for a brief period in 2018. Thanh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Management Information Systems and Finance and a minor in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at the United Nations International School of Hanoi from 2013 to 2015.
