Josie Sergi is an accomplished training and learning specialist with extensive experience in developing and facilitating training programs across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at MCAP since August 2022, Josie focuses on employee development and the Guided Mentorship Program. In the role of Learning Specialist at Paradigm Quest since January 2021, Josie has created and overseen learning content, managed virtual classes, and collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training alignment with organizational standards. Previous roles include Senior Communications Specialist and Lead Digital Service Associate at TD, where Josie achieved significant improvements in workflow efficiency and compliance, as well as Marketing Coordinator at Costco Wholesale Canada, overseeing staff onboarding and community engagement initiatives. Josie began a career at Burlington Public Library as Head Page, responsible for staff training and management. Josie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from McMaster University.
